Terms and Conditions – Azar Antwerp bv

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and transactions made by Azar Antwerp bv (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a wholesale diamond company based in Antwerp, Belgium.

By purchasing from or selling to Azar Antwerp bv, the client (“buyer” or “seller”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Business Scope

Azar Antwerp bv operates as a wholesale diamond supplier, serving professional jewelers, traders, and selected private sellers.

All stones are natural diamonds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All stones are screened with professional detection equipment to exclude undisclosed lab-grown diamonds.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are indicative and subject to availability until confirmed.

Orders are considered final once confirmed by email or invoice.

Prices are based on market conditions at the time of confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due before shipment.
• Payment must be made by bank transfer or another approved method.
• Goods remain property of Azar Antwerp bv until full payment is received.

Late payments may result in cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping and Risk

Shipping is arranged through insured logistics partners unless otherwise agreed.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed address or courier.

The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs procedures.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Buyers must inspect goods promptly upon receipt.

Any claim must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

After acceptance, stones are considered approved and final.

Due to the nature of loose diamond trading, returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Description of Goods

Diamonds are sold based on:

• Laboratory certificates (GIA, HRD, etc.)
• Invoice description
• Visual inspection

Natural characteristics, fluorescence, or grading differences between laboratories are not considered defects.

8. Liability

Azar Antwerp bv’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses.

9. Compliance and KYC

In accordance with Belgian and EU regulations, identity and company verification (KYC) will be required before the first transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that does not meet compliance standards.

10. Selling Diamonds to Azar Antwerp bv

When purchasing diamonds from clients, payment is made after inspection and agreement on price.

Ownership transfers only after payment is completed.

Azar Antwerp bv may refuse stones that do not meet quality, origin, or compliance standards.

11. Force Majeure

Azar Antwerp bv is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including transport delays, strikes, or regulatory actions.

12. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.

13. Changes to Terms

Azar Antwerp bv may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
